"This is a difficult one because now you've got to deal with the foreclosure. So you're probably going to have to defend the foreclosure while you're also dealing with the probate. And so you need to do the probate as quickly as possible. If you really want to save the property, you're going to have to get the property titled in your name so that you can either one pay off the loan.
Or what most people do is take out another mortgage to pay off that first mortgage. But you've got to buy yourself time because remember it's in foreclosure. So you're going to want to be defending the foreclosure while also getting the probate done as quickly as possible."
